Objective: Conduct a wide range of analytical chemistry tests to promote understanding of allnex process, products and monitor production batch quality performance. Make improvements and investigate/correct problems as they arise. Support plant operations as well as business development and technical initiatives.


As a Relief Technician will perform duties and also be required to cover the absence of other technicians and assist in product improvement and analysis refinement projects that can stretch over multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
Repair and modify instruments as required for both labs.
Perform lab experiments requiring a high degree of detail and accuracy.
Support plant analytical Chemists and process chemist as a primary resource.
Perform minor synthesis experiments as needed.
Develop plant analytical methods for analytical equipment to support plant operations (i.e., NIR, HPLC, FTIR, GPC) 
Clearly and effectively provide timely results of analysis to relevant parties

Will need to work weekends a few times a month
