Applicants must first and foremost play well with others, as we are lucky to have a group of highly skilled, like minded project managers and tradespeople with years of experience, that pride themselves on high quality service through cooperative efforts. This also makes this a great opportunity for those people that are less experienced and would like to learn the ins and out of the industry. We do projects ranging from replacing a single window to scraping a building off the planet and starting from scratch.
For trades professionals:
Our industry is constantly changing and evolving, so a willingness to continue learning, regardless of previous experience is vital. Please... if you "can build a house from the ground up all by yourself " this is probably not the place for you.
For beginners:
This is an excellent environment to learn many aspects of the building industry, however, this is WORK. It is not often glamorous, it IS often physically demanding and it does require that you remain focused and engaged in what you are assigned to do.
For Both:
We understand that you may not have a "resume" but please, at least take the time to write a few sentences describing your experience and what you've been working on most recently.
If you find yourself unable to leave your smartphone in your pocket during work hours, please do not apply here, you will not last.
