Stone & Tile company in Pacoima, CA is looking for someone to join our team and fill a full-time position of Project Estimator. IMMEDIATE OPENING.

Job Description:

* Review project construction plans and specifications.
* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals
* Monitor project's progress / status.
* Follow-up with potential clients.


Qualifications:

* Experience in construction estimating.
* Advanced excel skills are a plus.
* Successfully MULTITASK and prioritize.
* Communicate effectively (verbal and written)
* Work well under pressure.
* STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS including Excel, Word, Adobe. AutoCAd and Planswift is a plus.

This is a full-time DIRECT HIRE Monday- Friday. Compensation depends on experience. Full array of benefits available upon eligibility.
