As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining a productive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, assisting in shipping, ordering supplies, accounts receivable and payable, , and maintaining office and production supplies, Some retail sales and personable phone skills.
- Act as the point of contact for all internal and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating payroll.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking and reconciling invoices and receipts.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
