As the i9 Sports Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional sports experience and ensuring smooth game-day operations at our venue. We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and solution-oriented individual with a passion for sports management and working with children. Customer service excellence is central to our company, making candidates with a proven track record of delighting customers stand out. This specific position will be in charge of overseeing flag football, baseball, and lacrosse at McDougle MS

Responsibilities:

Game Day Setup: Execute the setup and breakdown of the venue for game day events, creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of part-time staff members and volunteer coaches, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Venue Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the venue, ensuring programs run according to schedule.

Promote Core Concepts: Demonstrate and promote core values of sportsmanship, fairness, and respect among all participants.

Equipment Management: Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness to enhance the experience for participants and spectators.

Customer Service: Exhibit a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to enhance the overall i9 Sports Experience.

Knowledge of Rules: Be knowledgeable about the rules for all sports you are responsible for.
Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate game day activities and manage staff effectively.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, making proactive decisions and resolving challenges as they arise.

Strong awareness of surroundings and the capacity to prioritize player safety and well-being.

Positive attitude and strong relationship-building abilities to create a professional and encouraging environment for all stakeholders.

Willingness to work outdoors on weekends throughout the season (approximately 8 weeks).

Requirements:

- Age: 18 years or older.
- Equipment: Own a cell phone and have reliable transportation.
- Equipment Transport: Ability to transport equipment from storage to the field, and back each weekend.
- Availability: Able to attend periodic training sessions and staff meetings in the evenings during the week, and work on Saturdays for the season's duration (mid-August to mid/late-October).

Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $15.00 per hour.
