Must have ability to read and understand operation manuals.

Ability to learn and observe all safety regulations, practices, and procedures and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot & Cold)
•
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
•
General handyman skills required.
•
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment and appliances to include a general knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting, door operators, refrigeration systems, and plumbing.
•
Ability to learn new systems and follow preventive maintenance instructions and troubleshooting guidelines
•
Must comply with all company security requirements
•
Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form
•
Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know.
