Licensed Electrician:
This is a full-time position working mostly on residential homes, but we do have several commercial clients as well. You must be comfortable driving...a lot. Listed below are the skills and traits to be considered a qualified candidate:
Qualifications:
- Field experience (5+ years as a licensed electrician)
- Valid Journeyman's license in Massachusetts
- Valid Driver's License
- Punctual, Dependable and Professional (very important)
- Comfortable driving a work van all day (and keeping it clean)
- Self motivated and wanting to be part of an awesome team
- Understands communication is key to being successful with fellow employees and customers
- Ability to stay on schedule
- Owning your own hand tools necessary for doing your job
- Wants to work for a company that will give you a career, not just a pay check
Some of the skills you should have:
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Wiring HVAC equipment
- Home remodel jobs
- Lighting installations
- Swimming pools/Hot tubs

- Service upgrades
- Ability to handle physical work including climbing ladders and stairs. Able to bend over and /or crouch for long periods of time
