Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Designer who is proficient in 2020 Design software to join our team in Milton, GA. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs for our clients while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will not only involve designing kitchens but also actively engaging with the community and hosting events in our showroom. Sales generation, lead follow-up, relationship building and excellent closing skills are required. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Must have the capability to understand and process projects from start to finish utilizing effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Design : Experience and Proficiency in 2020 Design software is a MUST. Utilize your expertise in 2020 Design software to create innovative and customized kitchen designs for our clients, considering their unique preferences and needs.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients, offering them guidance and support throughout the design process, from concept to installation.
Showroom Events: Help host local events in our showroom to promote our kitchen designs, establish connections with potential customers, and enhance community engagement.
Community Integration: Actively participate in local community events, building relationships and promoting our brand to increase visibility and sales opportunities.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate kitchen design solutions that align with their budgets and preferences.
Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality designs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with designing floor plans, cabinet layout plans and facilitating the ordering process
- Have current industry product knowledge: cabinetry, cabinetry design, counter tops, tile, tile design, basic electrical & plumbing is a PLUS
- Will be able to build a quick rapport with customers and have excellent customer service skills
- Listen to, interact with and anticipate customer’s needs when assessing their kitchen and bath project
- Meet with customers to review designs, make product recommendations/selections and build anticipation and excitement for their remodel.
- Sales generation, lead follow-up, relationship building, excellent closing skills and follow through are REQUIRED.
Job Type: Contract 1099 Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Tuesday - Saturday
Compensation: Base pay + Commission
Base is $800 per week. Commission pays 30% of final profit.
