Breathe Freely Behavioral Health Systems is seeking therapists to join our family to service clients with an array of mental health diagnosis. Our clinicians are currently working remotely but there is room for sessions to occur in our office if desired by clinician and client. Qualifying applicants must have a minimum of Master’s Degree & one of the following board certified licenses: LCSW-C, LCPC-S, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC Clinical Duties: Maintain a caseload of therapy clients adults, children and adolescents Diagnose and create treatment plans Provide ethical and culturally-sensitive weekly individual psychotherapy services Conduct clinical intakes and discharge planning Engage in individual supervision regularly as decided by the clinical supervisor Provide crisis intervention as needed Consult with other mental health professionals as necessary Facilitate referrals to support agencies as needed (i.e., Child or Adult Protective Services, other health professionals, etc.) Maintain accurate and timely patient charts that include clinical intakes, weekly progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Employees can have sessions face to face or tele sessions through a HIPPA Compliant EMR chart.
