Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and talented massage therapists to join our team. As a Corporate Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage services to our clients at their workplace. Your primary focus will be to provide on-site chair massages, targeting areas of tension and stress. You will have the opportunity to interact with employees from various companies, creating a positive and calming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site chair massages for corporate clients according to their needs and preferences
- Identify areas of tension and provide targeted relief through various massage techniques
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients
- Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide self-care tips
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage equipment and supplies
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely arrival at client locations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent level of service excellence
Qualifications:
- Valid state-issued massage therapy license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional massage therapist
- Proficient in chair massage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to different workplace environments and client preferences
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
