Darien Wellness provides a genuine Private Practice experience without all the hassle, grind and isolation! Your only job is changing people’s lives for the better. No marketing, billing, coding, collections, cold calling or cleaning.
We are contracting with clinicians that will work remotely, in-person or hybrid across our great state of Colorado. We anticipate a need for a mix of remote and in-person visits (in our offices scattered across the state) but you determine if you ever want to see clients in person or want to work completely from home. After the pandemic, telemedicine is here to stay.
Darien Wellness provides:
Consistent referrals: A full clinical caseload can be established within the first 30 days (based on paneling status and specialization);
Flexible schedule: You pick the best days and times to fit your schedule. We collaborate with you and find a schedule that works for us both.
Engaged clients: You are only connected with clients who fit your specific areas of expertise (our no-show rate for new clients was less than 1% in 2022!)
Autonomy over clinical decisions: You are the licensed and trained clinician. We will defer to your clinical judgment and expertise about the most effective and clinically appropriate approach for each client (but offer free consultations and supervision every step of the way)
Personalized marketing: You will have your own website and profile that is optimized for you based on your location, expertise, and availability.
No-Show Protection (if we get paid, you do too)
On-Line "Coffee Hours" and "Game Times" where you can meet other members of our group, play games, share photos (and win prizes!)
Full clinical caseload is typically established within the first 90 days (after credentialing) but as mentioned above, that could happen a lot sooner.
