This position is for our Overnight Encampment program at the Buffalo Naval Park. More information about the program can be found on the Buffalo Naval Park website.
Encampment staff will implement programs and ensure the safety of visitors.
Salary & Schedule
• $15/hour
• Schedule
o Saturday 3pm – 11pm
o Sunday 6:30am – 11am
 You have the option of sleeping on the Little Rock overnight
Status
• Part time, seasonal (Spring and Fall, summer work may be available)
Essential Functions
• Implement activities as per program design.
• Set up, organize, and clean up the encampment areas at the beginning and end of each session.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain program supplies and materials.
• Interact professionally with encampment guests.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
• Must enjoy working with youth.
• Punctual.
• Dependable.
• Employee must be available for all shifts.
Professionalism
• Dress in official attire and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain required attendance and punctuality to ensure appropriate coverage for the encampments.
• Adhere to the park’s employee handbook.

License/Certification:
