Provide support to the Northwest Physical Therapy Clinic Physical Therapist. The aide maintains & transports equipment & supplies, prepares & cleans treatment areas. The aide may also perform general office duties projecting a professional company image through in-person & phone interaction. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform clerical duties, such as greeting patients, setting up patients; answering telephone, taking messages, & filling out forms; Providing support & documentation to the licensed Physical Therapist; Prepare and clean treatment areas & equipment for use; Instruct, motivate, safeguard & assist patients as they perform exercises & treatment activities; Clean work area including, but not limited to, laundry & check/store equipment after treatments; Assist patients to dress, undress, & put on & remove supportive devices, such as braces, splints, and slings; Other duties as assigned by Physical Therapist/Office Manager. All training will be provided by Northwest Physical Therapy Clinic.
