About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced - or entry level - Digital Press Operator. This is a fast-paced, production environment and you will need to have attention to detail, you must be able to work well with others, and possess a strong desire to always be learning. Experience is preferred, but any experience with print will work – we are willing to train an inexperienced, willing candidate.
What You’ll Do
A Digital Press Operator will run our 3 top-of-the-line digital presses. They will manage our print workflows and set up each job to print properly, and then keep the digital presses running by refilling any supplies as needed (toner, paper, etc). A Press Operator must be willing to familiarize themselves with our products and their specifications (such as paper types, sizes, setup, etc.), and be responsible for the quality checks and accuracy of anything printed. Prior printing experience is preferred but isn’t necessary - we'll train you on how to use our workflow, software, and presses. At times you may also be expected to help in other departments on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements
- This is a full time, permanent position without the possibility for remote work
- Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
- Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds, repeatedly
- Must be able to be on your feet for a large part of the day
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Computer proficiency preferred
