CLUBHOUSE STAFF/SOCIAL PRACTITIONER - Ann Arbor, MI

Requirements:
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and implement structure, motivate individuals, and work in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, high tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to assess strengths and challenges.
Valid driver's license and good driving record (age 25+ due to insurance requirements).
Must pass a background check.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in education, occupational therapy (OTA accepted), vocational rehab, social work, humanities, or related field, or commensurate experience.
Responsibilities:
Engage Clubhouse members in all operations and assist them in vocational, educational, housing, and socialization goals.
Coordinate work tasks with small and large groups, provide training on transitional employment, and contribute to job development efforts.
Participate in community job settings as a job coach and offer coverage for evening, weekend, and holiday social activities.
