We are looking for a Keyholder / Retail Sales Associate that is knowledgeable and well versed in all things water- surf, skate, surf rentals and sales. Whether you are getting someone started on a rental for the day or helping a guest find the right pair of board shorts, you will be expected to consistently provide top notch customer service on all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer service that exceeds customer expectations • Use best judgment in all customer service matters • Display natural enthusiasm when talking to customers • Represent the Nikau Kai brand through professional, personal appearance • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe for customers & employees • Work in a safe manner following all safety practices outlined in the company safety program • Accurately follow all merchandise placement instructions • Comply with all policies and procedures outlined by management • Protect company assets by demonstrating and complying with all Loss Prevention policies • Report suspected or known theft to supervisor • Ability to climb, reach, bend and/or lift; up to 30 pounds occasionally on both the sales floor & in the stockroom •
Ability to work on the store sales floor for extended period of time -- up to 90% of assigned shift
