This is a great first year teacher position that will allow you to get teaching experience in a small loving Christian environment. You will have to be able to teach sit, stand, walk, play with children and potty train from ages 6 weeks to 4 years on a daily basis. He/ She will be able to effectively write a daily lesson plan which includes, but not limited to, group/ circle time, independent play, outdoor play, meal times and rest times. This teacher is well-prepared, yet open to change and new ideas, in order to teach each and every child in their care. They understand that learning through play is intentional, fun and ongoing.
