Our major markets are located in Augusta/Aiken, Lexington/Columbia, & Charleston and surrounding areas. All areas have open positions available.
What to expect when joining the team:
- Industry-leading commissions ranging from 1,500-5,000 per week

- A senior member of the team will train and teach you for 2-6 months

- In-house leads are handed out daily
Armour Roofing & Construction employs full administrative staff as well as project managers, repair technicians, consultants, and more. We are not looking for someone who is unwilling to learn and grow, but rather someone who is looking for healthy and team-minded company culture, and who is willing to learn and grow into a rockstar sales rep to better serve our clients. Our clients are procured through a mix of door-to-door sales, referrals, online leads, and community events.
Expect to spend 4-6 weeks building your sales pipeline. During this time, you will receive company equipment and uniforms, one-on-one sales training from a senior member of the team, and educational sales training in an office setting. You will have the opportunity to meet with other sales reps prior to accepting this position in order to interview them about their day-to-day job roles and responsibilities. We feel this "reverse interview" process is the best way for you to decide if you would be a good fit for the team!
What does this job look like long term? Outside of the sales role you are applying for, Armour promotes management from within. Several sales reps have excelled at their position and have been given the opportunity to open their own office in other available markets where they continue to build their own sales teams and offices.
Job Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation/ Valid Driver's License
- Can-Do Attitude
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
Worried about commission-based pay? Armour offers select candidates the ability to retain a weekly draw until their training has been completed. This draw will be deducted from your commission over a period of time once you are self-sufficient. If commission-based pay is not for you, ask us about our salary + commission pay plans!
