Flooring Sales Professional
Accent Carpet One is currently seeking a Flooring Sales Professional for its Lodi, CA store who possesses experience in home sales, preferably in the flooring or window coverings industry. We can train the right candidate. Our ideal candidate will possess strong selling capabilities in home sales, enjoys a fast paced retail environment and has a high sense of color, style and pattern to help our clients find the right product for their home.

As a Flooring Sales Professional, you will be spending time with customers in our store and in their homes to determine their needs and discussing flooring and/or window covering options, while providing quality customer service.
We are looking for self-motivated, determined and focused individuals, with professional sales experience, who embrace the challenges that come with responding to each customer’s unique needs and desires. Communication, presentation, design and negotiating skills, where applicable, are utilized at each appointment and offer exciting opportunities for our Flooring Sales Professionals to transform a client’s homes with the largest flooring cooperative in home improvement, Carpet One.
Additional qualities of successful Flooring Sales Professional include:
Flooring and/or Window Covering sales experience a plus, but not necessary
Must be ambitious and results-oriented
Excellent selling skills.
High degree of customer service.
Display Professionalism at all times
Strong work ethic
Driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
