Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position must have expert experience in Janitorial and Maintenance work. The List of duties are (including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry and flooring,Post Construction Cleaning,Janitorial services.You are also responsible for traveling to and from different work sites that are assigned by a supervisor as well as maintaining the vehicle for safety purposes and coordinating necessary vehicle maintenance. This position reports to the Building Superintendent on site.
We're looking for an individual who can perform a wide variety of tasks, can complete all jobs quickly, and takes pride in their work
Note: THIS IS A 1099 POSITION

Essential Functions:
Driver
Traveling and performing designated tasks as assigned and ensuring that all crew members who use the transportation arrive at the work site safely and on time.
Assist in packing and ensuring that all chemicals,rags and any other items needed for the job are fully stocked,equipment that is needed for the job is charged and are in working order.
Before leaving the loading dock inspect the vehicle and make a log of the air pressure of the tires,gas and mileage.If there are any issue make a report of anything that needs to be fixed immediately
Ensure all vehicle inspection tags, license, and insurance cards are current and displayed properly.
Maintain a clean appearance of the vehicle(s) by performing/scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning.
Respond immediately and appropriately to all accidents and emergencies.
Report mechanical needs and repairs. Assist in coordination of necessary vehicle maintenance and repair service such as oil changes and tire rotations..
Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all Clients,Supervisors and co-workers.
Adhere to all policies and procedures of America’s Finest Maintenance Company LLC
Perform other duties as assigned.
Janitorial And Maintenance:
Work independently, without supervision, to perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community. Respond to special needs as directed by management.
• Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash to the building.in common areas.
Be familiar with cleaning solvents.
Replenish disposable supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, to avoid resident inconvenience in the common area.
Maintain inventory of supplies and submit requests for orders, as needed.
• Operate various cleaning equipment as necessary.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Post-Construction Cleaning:
Remove debris, dust, and construction materials from the site, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and other particles.
Clean and sanitize windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, and appliances.
Remove stickers, labels, and protective coverings from surfaces and windows.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Dust and wipe down walls, baseboards, and light fixtures.
Clean and polish doors, handles, and other hardware.
Vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop hard floors.
Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces and appliances
Remove debris and trash from exterior areas, including parking lots and walkways. • Sweep and clean entryways, sidewalks, and outdoor staircases
Clean and sanitize common areas, such as lobbies and reception areas.
Remove dust and dirt from outdoor furniture, signage, and fixtures.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment with care, following proper procedures.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Work collaboratively with other team members to efficiently complete cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in organizing cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas.

Provide a report of any needed equipment repair or unsafe conditions plan and implement projects after sign May operate power machinery I.E high speed bursary machine single disc rotor machine pressure washer wet/dry vacuum and buffers needed to maintain appearance of facilities maintain a collaborative work environment and work with others perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Projects are completed in various locations and include Small patches and repairs Bathroom vanity installation Bathroom accessory and shower hardware installation Cabinet/vanity handle installation/hookup Kitchen Appliance installation Kitchen sink,faucet hookup light fixture, fan and receptacle installation Various home accessories and decorations Project punch lists and many other tasks delegated by the superintendent
Tasks that need to be do include but not limited to:
Grab bar installation
Caulking
Window repair/ replacement (Screen or windows)
Door repair/replacement (weatherization striping)
Light fixture installation/repair
Smart device installation (Ring doorbell and cameras)
Wood fence repair
Drywall repair/installation
Floor repair/installation (Carpet/vinyl)
Cabinet repair

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
CDL Training preferred but not required

Must have a valid license and be able to pass a level 2 background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
