Night watchman
Pay: $40 per shift, plus accommodation in the onsite camper.
Number of shifts per week: 3 - 5
The night watchman must be on the premises and available between 2am and 8am. He or she must be available to give keys to guests arriving after 2am, and to be available to help with lockouts. Estimated working time: 4 hours.
The value of camper or Japanese-style sleeping pod: $210 per week (to be included in payment) for sleeping and living, including all utilities and Internet, and use of bathrooms in the building. Total value of each shift worked: $70 ($40 plus use of trailer or POD). At four hours, that is approximately $17.50 per hour compensation.
Responsibilities:

Makes sure the building is taken care of between 2am and 8am. The guests should be comfortable and safe. The property should be protected. No unauthorized visitors to be on property. Problems to be resolved, manager informed or police called when necessary. Check the empty rooms once a night to make sure that they are not occupied.
