Well-established landscaping company hiring highly motivated Operation Manager. The position is full-time and must possess a strong work ethic. Will oversee all operations of a commercial landscape company. Must have people skills to deal directly with employees, vendors, customers, and office staff. Will conduct site inspections and attend meetings are required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Will be responsible for scheduling, managing and ensuring work is completed to satisfaction. Help with new customer acquisition and upselling current customer base. Must have effective communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Base salary based on experience.
