Our promotional marketing company has an immediate opening for Communications Assistants.

Our company uses a customer-friendly, direct, results-driven approach to marketing research. In this role you will work directly with the Marketing Manager handling brand representation and client relations on behalf of our client accounts.

Communications Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage and execute projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Coordinate PR events and ensure successful operation
Effectively communicate with clients to establish a positive brand image to the public
Provide information about our clients programs and services
Participate in team building activities

Communications Assistant Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Adaptable, dependable, and responsible
