Joyful Journeys is looking for a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall store operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management, and customer service, and be physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and marketing.
Manage all customer interactions, ensuring that customers are satisfied and the brand’s values are upheld.
Develop and implement a merchandising strategy to increase sales and maintain brand image.
Manage inventory control and ensure store is fully stocked.
Oversee interior design and decoration, ensuring the store is stylish, attractive, and appealing to customers and colleagues.
Maintain high level of product knowledge.
Oversee staff performance, providing feedback on performance and managing staff accordingly.
Deal with any issues that arise from staff or customers that may affect our operations.
Must have a clean driving record for donation pickups.
Maintain computer and spreadsheet skills.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Maintain organization in donation drop-off warehouse.
Having access to social media outlets for marketing and selling online.
Experience

Previous retail management experience is preferred but not required if you have no retail experience.
Demonstrated experience in Retail Management is preferred but not required if you have no retail experience.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, volunteers, and other employees.
Experience working with special needs is preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
