A well-known client in Downtown Columbia is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Review and approve applications and research bounce backs to obtain the new point of contact information
Assist with organizing and planning statewide events to include; Supplier education sessions, B2Bs and Outreach events
Assist with completing sourcing requests from internal and external customers and follow up to ensure data is accurate
Research and find success stories from business interactions
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions and cross train within the division to support others with special projects and events as needed
Candidate must be willing to work outside of normal business hours for statewide events listed above, willing to travel occasionally and must have valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits:
$15-$17/hour based on experience
Monday-Friday schedule 8:30 am - 5 pm.
