Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving issues related to Office 365, and assisting in cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
Qualifications:
- A University degree or an Associate's degree in IT or related field is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Office 365
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud technologies
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
