We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and selling high-quality jewelry products. We would be looking for someone to work Monday - Friday from 10-6 (hours may fluctuate)



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the jewelry products

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchase decisions

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store and displays

• Participate in ongoing product training and education

• Contribute to the overall success of the store by completing additional tasks as needed



Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays



Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
