Direct Care Staff needed for rewarding career! Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work under challenging conditions and be reliable and honest. The main focus of the job is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting. This includes daily living skills (personal hygiene, communication, medical appointments, community integration) and enhancing the overall quality of life. Part-time and full-time work available!
Requirements:
*Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must be able to pass TB test and health physical, which includes being able to lift 50 pounds, drug test, criminal record clearance--all paid by employer.
*Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
*Must be able to attend 3 days of paid orientation training.
