Qualifications:

Contributes to building and maintaining a dynamic faith community by being an active, practicing Catholic who is comfortable sharing their faith

Develop, implement, and maintain an developmentally appropriate and intentionally inviting classroom environment for learning

Model professionalism and a positive attitude

Knowledgeable in the Minnesota Department of Human Services Rule 3 and the ability to enforce the required safety procedures

Excel in communication skills with parents and coworkers

Committed to the field of Early Childhood

Punctual and prepared for daily activities, meetings, workshops, and other required staffing days

Able to create lesson plans and hands on engagement opportunities for students within the classroom

Actively reassess your own work and the interests of the students to adapt lessons and the classroom environment to meet the needs of all learners.
