Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with patient intake procedures, including gathering and updating medical histories, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments.
Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Escort patients to treatment areas and provide them with any necessary instructions or information.
Support the Chiropractor during patient treatments, such as helping with therapies and applying modalities (training provided)
Manage clinic administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointment scheduling software.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor Degree would be a major plus and your hourly wage will be reflective of your level of education!
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
Benefits:
Hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour based on education and experience. Other benefits include a monthly health insurance stipend, retirement plan and paid time off for full-time employees.
