West O Fitness is a family-owned local gym looking to hire evening and weekend staff primarily at our both of our locations (180th & Maple, 180th & Harrison). Flexibility to work at either location is a hiring advantage. Applicants must be able to work two Sundays a month.

Responsibilities of the job include:

-Arrive on time to every scheduled shift
-Willingness to develop an in-depth knowledge about the gym, equipment and amenities
-Become proficient with the computer system so that you can properly check members in, sign up new members, sell retail items and conduct all standard business transactions
-Lead tours of the gym for prospective members with the goal of selling memberships
-Keep the gym immaculate by following standard cleaning procedures
-Perform basic receptionist duties such as greeting every member, answering the phone, and adhere to all practices and procedures of the gym
-Work harmoniously with everyone in the gym including other staff, members, and prospective members
