Summary

The ONE SOURCE Companies Account Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service for our commercial, residential, retail, and healthcare clients. Primary job functions include coordination of maintenance and repair work order requests, project management, and administrative support to Operations and Finance departments.

Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact between customer and vendor in resolving facility related issues
Monitor and Maintain CMMS from initial entry to close-out in coordination with customers, vendors, and internal team.
Coordinate repair and maintenance requests
Answer the phone for contractor management
Assist with bid generation
Contractor Management Responsibilities:
Maintain vendor CRM
Provide initial cold-contact for potential new contractors
Assist with contractor on-boarding process
Monitor contract and insurance compliance
Assist with contractor on-boarding process
Assist with PM schedules
Assist in client billing
Exceptional customer service via phone and email

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to work unsupervised in office
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma and 2 years in customer service/hospitality
