Qualifications
• Knowledge and passion for boba tea, Coffee and other drinks including different tea/coffee varieties, flavors, and preparation techniques
• Familiarity with serving drinks/ice cream is an advantage
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks, according to Hav A Craving's recipes and standards. Will also be serving different coffee's (Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso, Iced coffee, Frappuccino)
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks, paying attention to details such as temperature, sweetness level, and topping
• Scoop gelato into cups and cones
• Prepare Pizza
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and prompt service
• Assist customers in selecting beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Serve a selection of snacks/desserts, such as ice cream and pizza alongside the boba tea/coffee offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the preparation station, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on Hav A Craving's menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specials to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment
