We're seeking to add an individual to our team who is physically fit, has basic mechanical skills, enjoys working outside (and getting dirty) and likes working as part of team. We'll train you! Initial responsibilities will be to team up with our excavator operator to install ground heat exchangers -- better known as loops in the industry. Duties include constructing networks of HDPE pipe and installing them in trenches, then connecting them to buildings to serve as a renewable heat source for heat pump systems that will be installed inside the building by others on the team. Training will be provided. Future opportunities for wage growth and skill development include installing clean energy HVAC systems (e.g. heat pumps, radiant floor heating, air handlers).

This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing sector of the heating and cooling industry with a customer-centric company that values and rewards integrity, work ethic, and the ability to learn and work well with others.

Compensation package includes starting wages from $22-24/hr (depending on skills and experience), company contribution to IRA (after first year), smart phone allowance, tool allowance (after first year), travel reimbursement and/or company vehicle, employer-contributed medical insurance, and profit sharing. Our normal work week is Mon-Thu, 10-hour days. Typical commute is directly to the job site and occasionally to our shop to pickup equipment and materials; 2- to 3-night stays (at company expense) near the job site are occasionally -- historically <3 times/yr -- required.

We design, engineer, install, and service customized geothermal heating & cooling solutions to the unique set of conditions and needs for each and every client… and guarantee our systems perform as promised. We’re a small company with an aggressive plan for growth. Check us out at LCG------------.
