I am looking for someone who might be interested in doing Commhab(community outings..15-20hours a week available) with my 10yr old son? He is Autistic but verbal, independent. We live on the outskirts of Tivoli, NY. For Summer, Probably from 12:30pm- 4:30pm/5:30pm Monday, Thursday and Friday. For Fall, I'm looking for evenings during the week, 3:40(off the bus time)-8:30pmish, same days. Maybe also 5 hours on weekend. He has Self Direction through OPWDD and you would be hired through JMMurray, his FI. Pay is $20/hr. If interested please contact me. Position would include taking him out into the community, Parks/playgrounds, McDonalds, Loves the Halloween store. Basically taking him out, getting him familair with the community, working on socializing goals and just hanging out with him! :-)
