COOK-WEEKENDS
SUMMARY
Deer Run Golf Club, was founded in 1971. It is an 18-hole course on 200 acres, partially surrounded by the beautiful Lake Tawakoni. It is one of the most scenic golf courses in Texas. It is just 51 miles East of downtown Dallas. The new management has significantly improved the golf course and it is now one of the fastest growing golf courses in the DFW area.
Golf Course has a restaurant (Fairway Grill). This position is to cook hamburgers and hotdogs primarily during weekends between 10 AM and 2 PM. Will need to sell food and beer on the Course using a beverage cart. You keep all the tips.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ø Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen setting.
Ø Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and menu planning.
Ø High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ø Texas Food Handler certification required.
Ø TABC Server License required.
Ø Valid Driver’s License.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Cook hamburgers and hotdogs primarily.
Ø Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
Ø Deliver food and drinks to the Course using beverage cart.
