The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing premier customer service to all current and potential customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. It is also the responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team.

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent
· Two years experience in sales
· Market experience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities
·Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
· Strong work ethic; self-motivated
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
· Ability to effectively multi-task
· Creative, forward thinker
· Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications
· Four year college degree in business or related area
· Four years of experience in sales and marketing
