Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Technician
Location: Denver Metro Area, with travel to Fort Collins and Colorado Springs
Are you passionate about fire alarm systems and ensuring the safety of commercial buildings? Commercial Electronics Systems, a leading provider of fire alarm solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems throughout the Denver metro area, as well as traveling to Fort Collins and Colorado Springs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct service calls on a daily basis, diagnosing and repairing fire alarm systems.
Address monitoring issues, ground faults, and replace duct detectors as needed.
Perform fire alarm inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients and provide excellent customer service while on-site.
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and inspections.
Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician or related field.
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems effectively.
Certificates of completion for fire alarm manufacturers such as Honeywell or Edwards is a plus.
Familiarity with local fire codes and regulations.
Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
