Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to add a Vinyl Installer to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vinyl application and a passion for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for executing vinyl installations on various vehicle types, including color changes, graphics, stripes, and custom wraps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately measuring and applying vinyl wraps to various automotive vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Carefully preparing surfaces for vinyl installation by cleaning and smoothing surfaces.
• Safely removing old vinyl or decals, without causing damage to the vehicle.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Staying up to date with industry standards and new techniques for vinyl installations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Vinyl Installer, preferably in an automotive context.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques and products.
• Ability to handle physical work including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver license with clean driving record.

Compensation will depend upon your experience but will be a combination of an hourly rate plus bonus/commission.
