Great Harvest Bread is coming to Kailua!
We are now looking for both part time and full time customer service staff to launch our newest location and are scheduled to open mid to late July. Paid training available at our Kahala location prior to Kailua opening.
We’re looking for people who are excited to join a new venture from the start. Our Kahala location has been in business for over 20 years and our return to Kailua resumes a tradition of serving the Windward community!
Individuals that thrive on serving others, love fresh baked bread/sweets and can work confidently under time pressure will be valued members of the Great Harvest team.
We are hiring both customer service staff and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
-Experience requirement is dependent on the role. We are looking to hire both customer service personnel and shift supervisors. We will consider applicants with no experience for cashier role but you need to demonstrate a strong service mindset. We will train the right candidate starting their first job. We can teach you what we do, we can't teach you to love serving others and working hard!
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail. You will be prepping a lot of our product and how careful you are will translate to how popular our sweets are.
- Excellent communication skills
All new hires will receive training on our processes and customer service expectations.
Responsibilities include
Welcoming customers into the store with an offering of complimentary portions of our delicious breads and sweets
Learning our products and sharing your knowledge with customers.
Act as our sandwich artist using our freshly baked breads
Help prepare our in house made sauces and spreads
Make certain meats, veggies and cheeses are properly stocked and prepped.
Regular cleaning and dish washing throughout the day
Starting compensation based on experience. Salary raises for new hires that demonstrate the skills we are looking for.
