All Love for St. Louis clients will receive TA reminder message prior to each appointment.
As a Love for St. Louis contractor you will be prioritized for referrals.
Love for St. Louis will handle all insurance billing and track payments.
Love for St. Louis will not charge rent to contractors for office space; we have multiple offices we can reserve for our contractors. All work done in our reserved offices must be with Love for St. Louis patients only.
You may book rooms out 6 months in advance.
Contractors will be obligated to set up and pay their own taxes.
Paychecks will be issued on the 15th and last day of each month. Payments are processed once Love for St. Louis receives the funds from either copay or insurance.
Love for St. Louis will handle and provide professional liability coverage for all Love for St. Louis clients seen by its contractors.
All sessions must be done through Get-Ahead to receive credit.
Contractors must provide proper care that meets the expectations of all federal and state regulations.
Contractors must represent Love for St. Louis in a professional manner.
LCSW or LPC (32+ hours)
25+ clients per week which includes 2 Love for St. Louis clients (those without insurance and unable to pay $35.00)
60/40 split of insurance and copay, will receive no less than $35.00 per client hour
Providing 1-3 supervision
4-6 hours to return phone calls and do paperwork
PLCP (32+ hours)
25+ clients per week which include 2 Love for St. Louis clients (those without insurance and unable to pay $25.00)
7 hours to return phone calls or do paperwork
60/40 split of insurance and copay, will receive no less than $25.00 per client hour
Must be supervised by provider on Cigna Panel and Medicaid Panel
Must be on Medicaid Panel
If supervised by an employee, no supervision fee
CIT, PLCP or LPC/LCSW level 2 (20+ hours)
Minimum of 16 clients per week which include 2 Love for St. Louis clients (those without insurance and unable to pay $25.00)
55/45 split of insurance and copay, will receive no less than $25.00 per client hour
If supervised by an employee, no supervision fee
3-4 hours to return phone calls and do paperwork: may provide 1 hour supervision for employee.
Must be supervised by provider on Cigna Panel and Medicaid Panel

CIT, PLCP or LPC/LCSW level 1 (12+ hours)
Minimum of 9 clients per week which include 2 Love for St. Louis clients (those without insurance and unable to pay $25.00)
50/50 split of insurance and copay, will receive no less than $25.00 per client hour
If supervised by an employee, no supervision fee
2-3 hours to return phone calls and do paperwork: may provide 1-2 hours of supervision for employees.
