Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential customers within the kitchen industry, including kitchen companies, kitchen remodel companies, kitchen designers, architects, builders, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
Present and demonstrate our kitchen workstation sinks to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our products and expand the customer base.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen industry or a related field (experience is not necessary but considered a plus).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit potential customers.
Familiarity with kitchen workstation sinks or related kitchen products is advantageous.
