Shift Lead
Camp Bow Wow – Wake Forest is looking to a full time or part time Closing Shift Lead! Camp Bow Wow is the nation’s premier dog boarding and daycare provider. With over 200 locations nationally and growing, Camp Bow Wow is the largest pet care franchise in the United States.
Closing Shift Lead Responsibilities & Duties
• The key holder is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Camp, including:
o Front office duties, including interacting with customers
o Back office operational duties to ensure all Camp operations are being completed in a satisfactory and timely manner
o Handling various questions that may arise from on-duty team members
• Ability to perform a full range of customer facing roles and responsibilities, which includes the following:
o Greeting clients and checking their pups into Camp
o Answering the phone and handling client questions
o Making boarding, daycare, grooming, and interview reservations
o Replying to customer emails
o Assisting the on-duty manager as needed
• Must be familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
• Must be able to handle multiple requests in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Applicant must love pups!
• Willingness to work closely and collaboratively with other team members
Customer Experience Specialist Qualifications & Skills
• 1 year of customer service or customer facing experience…OR…
• 1 year of operational leadership experience
• Applicant must be able to demonstrate servant model leadership qualities
• Applicant must demonstrate ability positively represent Camp Bow Wow in all client interactions
• A positive, upbeat attitude is required!
• Must demonstrate a customer centric mindset!
• Must love working with dogs!
• Background check/Drug Screen
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $12.50 Hourly plus tips
