We Are Growing. We Are Hiring! Bodega Todo, a quick-service restaurant in downtown Charleston is hiring for restaurant team members! No experience necessary, but cooking experience definitely a plus, along with a desire to learn new skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to work calmly under pressure. This is an all-hands-on-deck environment. “That’s not my job” attitudes will not fit.
All team members will learn how to cook, cashier and work events for our catering arm, Seed Catering. There are no lines between FOH and BOH staff. We all work together, across all stations, to succeed as a team.
All team members have the option to earn a base pay or a base pay + share of tip pool. We are set up with a self-service kiosk ordering station, which eliminates the need for a designated cashier, so all employees are eligible for tips if they want them. Free food on days you work, 50% off food on days you don’t work, two days off each week, 50% company paid healthcare. Full and part-time available. We will work with you if you require a set schedule, but all team members are expected to have weekend availability.
