Operations Manager
Operations Manager in Fredericksburg
The main responsibility is to manage the team of cleaners for the cleaning division of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Work with variety of people in a team environment
• Time-management, organizational skills, communication
• Highly detailed oriented
• Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency
• Ordering materials and supplies as needed for repair projects
• Coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance employees and contractors to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure all work is done correctly assess a professional style of communication by phone and email
• Respond to and resolve e requests and other issues as they arise
• Assist in developing and implementing cost reduction strategies to improve the profitability of the division
• Self Started
• Be able to look for new business
