Nu Look Revinyling – Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Nu Look Revinyling, a patio furniture refurbishing company, is seeking a Front Desk Coverage / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle walk-in sales
• Provide phone coverage (as backup)
• Process orders for pick-up
• Process online orders (low volume)
• Keep the front office tidy, including light cleaning duties

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time: 20-30 hours per week, with an option for more!

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with QuickBooks Online or ClickUp customer service tools a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

Requirements

• Must live within a 15–20 minute drive of our location, or have reliable transportation
