Sales Associate Job Description

Assisted customers with computer and electronic purchases in a high-volume store. Maintained up-to-date product knowledge by participating in product and vendor training. Ensured a clean work area while processing stock items and completing. A trustworthy and reliable retail professional that is skilled in offering an exceptional client experience. Employees must identify customer needs and safeguard the best quality service. A dedicated leader committed to driving brand loyalty and building strong customer relationships by leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge. Detail-orientated with a proven capacity to support peers and management and ensure revenue targets are met. Efficient communicator dedicated to accuracy and fostering safe operations that cultivate and deliver prosperous front-end operations.

Applicant(s) must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Applicant)s) are required to have four (4) years of retail experience in a high volume store.
Responsibilities

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

 Assess customers needs, provide assistance and information on special product features.

 Welcome customers to the store and answer all of their queries.

 Follow and achieve department& sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

 Go the extra mile to drive sales to meet expected sales goals.

 Maintain in-stock products in a presentable clean condition.

 Actively seek out and draw customers into the store.

 Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

 Process POS (point of sale) purchases in a timely manner.

 Cross sell products to customers.

 Handle return merchandise promptly and courteously.

 Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

 Build productive trust relationships with customers.

 Comply with inventory control procedures.

 Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store& design etc.)
