Associate Account Manager
This position starts off part-time with possibilities of becoming a full-time position.
Pay Range: $15-$18/hr
Day-to-day Responsibilities: -
Manage clients/customers
o Be the secondary point of contact for client relations
o Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering quality client service
o Build relationships with clients in a personal and professional manner
o Set client expectations and ensure they are met
o Respond to client concerns within 2 hours or less during work hours
o Funnel any communication afterhours to the Account manager to handle
o Understand client maintenance contracts with a moderate level
o Use maps, photos, emails and text to communicate effectively with clients
o Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
o Secondary liaison between the customer and the field
o Assist with building proposals and sending proposals to clients
o Send daily maintenance photos to all clients
o Follow up with clients on all work orders that have been delivered.
o Create budgets for clients
Manage the field/crew Collaborate with internal field departments to facilitate client needs
o Assist with scheduling irrigation repairs
o Assist to ensure adequate photos are taken by the crew and irrigation techs
o Assist with the creation of maps for the crews as needed to communicate effectively
o Organize signed paperwork or approved work orders with a moderate level of communication
o Print daily maintenance photos for crews to handle on their weekly visits
Create Work Orders
o Create work orders for irrigation within 24 hours of receiving them
o Create enhancement proposals for any incoming communication. Send to the account manager for approval
o Create arbor proposals utilizing the help of Spencer
o Create PHC proposals with the help of Spencer
Create Procedures for Account management dept
o This includes enhancement procedures, irrigation procedures, account management procedures
Set up new accounts
o Create irrigation maps
o Create sequence maps
o Complete irrigation audits and put together proposals
o Onboard all information in to Aspire
o Create job start up for new clients
o Create budgets for new clients
