Here's what you will do:

-Prepare amazing food following our recipes to produce consistent results.

-Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using a variety of kitchen equipment.

-Portion products, follow recipes, and ALWAYS make sure plate presentation looks amazing.

-Keep it clean! Follow sanitation standards. Make sure your work station stays clean and organized.

You need to be:

-Someone who loves cooking! You are someone who is consistently awesome and has an eye for important detail. Being able to hang in a fast paced environment is vital and if you have experience to prove it, even better. A great attitude and flexibility in your schedule is important to being part of our team.
