We are looking for an experienced hygienist to join our team at our new, state-of-the-art dental office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, working closely with an assigned hygiene assistant to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality care possible.

Responsibilities:

● Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, and periodontal maintenance

● Administer local anesthesia where needed

● Conduct oral cancer screenings and other diagnostic tests

● Educate patients on proper dental care techniques and provide preventative care advice ● Maintain accurate patient records and update patient files as necessary

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist

● Active state dental hygiene license ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure ● Laser certification preferred
